General Management responsibilities. Implement business development and growth strategy aimed to transform the company into a leader of Corporate Travel and Tour Operator focused on Italy and Europe. Focus on the Business-to-Business model, on one side managing and optimizing companies employees travel budgets; on the other side building strategic partnerships with the Italian travel leaders and authorities in order to create a tour operator business specialized in gastronomy, archaeology and special cultural events.

 

TEDESCHI USA LLC, ORA ACCIAIO, DE PADOVA.

Assist Italian interiors manufacturers to grow their business in North America and internationally. Focus is both on the Retail and Contract sector. Provides access to the Contract sector, selecting the right products which better fit the market, presenting to the specifiers and projects decision makers. Provide access to the leading furniture dealers, building strategic partnerships and creating co-branding opportunities Achieve quick brand, product recognition and sell-out. Concentrate on the Residential, Hospitality and Office segments, with some targeted interests on Healthcare.

 

FOOD SECTOR.

Collaborate with several Italian relevant brands, assisting them with their distribution strategy. Introduction to buyers, marketing and communication strategy, strategic partnerships.

 

Work with the Italian institutions on new projects aimed to facilitate the Italian export process.
